5. Click Advanced (tab) to access the Extended Power Savings settings.
6. Extended Power Savings allows you to set a time period during which the
computer will update less often (e.g. at night while you are asleep or whenever you
are at work).
7. Updates set during this time period will be performed every two hours, and this will
override the settings selected in the Basic tab in order to conserve power
consumption.
