To select Dolby Surround mode
Be sure of the proper surround mode for your set
(see pages 50 and 51) and select the Dolby
Surround mode as follows.

Cerciórese de seleccionar el modo perimètrico

Press the DOLBY SURROUND button.

The control stage is opened and the Dolby Surround is on.

This button and the DOLBY SURROUND button on the remote control also
turn the Dolby surround on and off.

Select the Dolby Surround mode.

The surround mode changes cycli­
cally each time the button is pressed.

The MANUAL/MODE button on the remote control can also be used.

Notes
• When no center speaker is used, mid-range
output will be diminished if the surround mode
is not set to PHANTOM. This is normal.
• The full surround effect cannot be obtained
unless the software was recorded as Dolby
Surround.

• Cuando no utilice altavoz central, la salida de la
gama de frecuencias medias se reducirá si no
ajusta el modo perimètrico a PHANTOM. Esto
es normal.
• El efecto perimètrico completo no podrá
obtenerse a menos que el software haya sido
grabado con efecto perimètrico Dolby.
Remarques
• Si aucune enceinte centrale n’est raccordée,
les moyennes fréquences sont réduites si le
mode surround est réglé sur PHANTOM. Ce
phénomème est normal.
• Vous ne pouvez obtenir un véritable effet
surround que si l’enregistrement a été fait en
Dolby Surround.
