CONTROLS AND INDICATORS
Series 400 Rack
The PRG Series 400 Rack unit is the main power and data distribution hub for the system. The Rack houses up to six
Breaker Modules of any type, which can include a Front of House Breaker Module. The Rack provides a built-in LED
Meter Module that monitors system current and voltage, and additional space for installing optional expansion
components such as Series 400 Ethernet Switches and/or Virtuoso® Nodes. System-wide functions can be
controlled at the Rack, including power up, power down and testing.
The following illustrations provide a detailed description of standard rack connections, controls and indicators in an
example configuration.

3U Breaker Module (up to 6) - hot-swappable
chassis module which supplies AC power to
individually protected branch circuits via Trunk
connectors (mounted on rear panel).
Additional Space - 3U of rack space for adding
third-party signal processing devices.
LED Meter Module - provides both current and
voltage metering utilizing seven digital LED displays.
Rolling Rack - rugged rack enclosure unit, which
provides 18U for installation of modular components.
Front Rack Light - provides illumination for
front side of rolling rack.
