FLOW TEST OPEN SPRINKLERS
Outside and open sprinkler equipment should be flow tested once a year, during warm weather. Note any discrepancies and
repairs made by placing a number in this block with a corresponding note at the bottom of the page.
MAINTAIN VALVES
Valves should be maintained, including exercising each valve and lubricating each valve stem.
TEST ANTIFREEZE
Wet pipe systems with antifreeze solution should have the solution checked for proper freeze level.
