Direct Function Función directa

The direct function is a useful feature
which allows you keep the receiver in
one function (for example, CD) while
putting the remote control in a
different function. This could let you,
for example, use the remote control to
set up and listen to a CD on the
receiver and then use the remote
control to rewind a tape in your VCR
while you continue to listen to your
CD player.
When the direct function is on any
MULTI CONTROL button you press
will change the function of both the
receiver and the remote control. When
you turn the direct function off, you
can operate the remote control without
affecting the receiver. Thus you could
switch the remote control the VCR and
operate that component while the
receiver plays a different component.
To set a MULTI CONTROL button to
direct on or direct off:
1 Press SETUP and hold for
three seconds.
The LED on the remote control
will light for two seconds.
The remote control will also return
to the previous mode after thirty
seconds of inactivity.
2 Press the MULTI CONTROL
button that you want to set
up.
3 Use the number buttons to
enter 9990 (direct on) or
9995 (direct off).
The LED will light for half a
second on each digit input. Then,
the LED will light for two seconds
to indicate that it’s been correctly
set. (If the LED blinks three times,
then you made a mistake with the
code—try re-entering it.)
MEMO:
• TVC doesn’t have this feature and
thus can’t use the direct function.

característica que le permite mantener
el receptor en una función (por
ejemplo, CD) mientras pone el
mando a distancia en una función
distinta. Esto le podría permitir, por
ejemplo, utilizar el mando a distancia
para preparar y escuchar un CD en el
receptor y a continuación utilizar el
mando a distancia para rebobinar una
cinta de su VCR mientras continúa

Cuando la función directa esté

CONTROL a función directa activada
0 desactivada (DIRECT ON o
DIRECT OFF).
1 Pulse SETUP y manténgalo
pulsado durante tres
segundos.
El LED del mando a distancia se
iluminará durante dos segundos.
El mando a distancia también
volverá al modo anterior después
de treinta segundos de inactividad.
2 Pulse el botón MULTI
CONTROL que desea
configurar.
3 Utilice los botones
numerados para introducir
9990 (activación de la
función directa) o 9995
(desactivación de la función
directa).
El LED se iluminará durante
medio segundo al introducir cada
dígito. A continuación, el LED se
iluminará durante dos segundos
para indicar que se ha configurado
correctamente. (Si el LED
parpadea tres veces, significa que
cometió un error con el código.
Pruebe a introducirlo de nuevo).
MEMO:
• TVC no cuenta con esta
característica y por tanto no puede
utilizar la función directa.
