MIDNIGHT Listening
Mode
When listening at low volume,
surround effects tend to become less
than satisfactory. Turn the
MIDNIGHT listening mode on to
enjoy the effects of quality surround
sound even at low volumes. This
mode allows you to hear effective
surround sound of movies at low
volume levels.
1 Press RCV.
This sets the remote to select the
sound mode.
(You can skip this step when
using the controls on the
receiver.)
2 Press MIDNIGHT.
Each press switches MIDNIGHT
listening mode on or off.
MEMO:
• The effect automatically adjusts
according to the volume level.
Playing other Sources
1 Turn on the power of the
playback component.
2 Turn on the power of the
receiver.
Be sure that the standby indicator
turns off on the front panel.
3 Press MULTI CONTROL
buttons or the FUNCTION
button to select the source
you want to playback.
If the Direct Function is off you
have to use the FUNCTION button
to select the source (see p.79).
4 Press RCV.
5 If necessary, press SIGNAL
SELECT to select the input
signal corresponding to the
source component (see p.56-
57).
6 Start playback of the
component you selected in
step 1.

MIDNIGHT
Cuando se audición a bajo volumen,
los efectos surround tienden a oírse
de forma no del todo satisfactoria.
Active el modo de audición
MIDNIGHT para disfrutar los efectos
de un sonido surround de calidad
incluso a bajo volumen. Este modo le
permite audiciónr un auténtico
sonido surround de películas a bajo
volumen.
1 Pulse RCV.
Esto ajusta el mando a distancia
para seleccionar el modo de
sonido.
(Puede saltarse este paso cuando
utilice los controles del
receptor).
2 Pulse MIDNIGHT.
Cada pulsación activa o desactiva
el modo de audición MIDNIGHT
MEMO:
• El efecto se ajusta
automáticamente de acuerdo al
nivel de volumen.
Reproducción de otras
fuentes
1 Encienda el componente
reproductor.
2 Encienda el receptor.
Compruebe que el indicador de
espera se apaga en el panel frontal.
3 Pulse los botones MULTI
CONTROL o el botón
FUNCTION para seleccionar
la fuente que desea
reproducir.
Si la función directa está
desactivada tendrá que utilizar el
botón FUNCTION para seleccionar
la fuente (consulte la página 79).
4 Pulse RCV.
5 Si es necesario, pulse
SIGNAL SELECT para
seleccionar la señal de
entrada que corresponda con
el componente fuente
(consulte las páginas 56-57).
6 Comience la reproducción
del componente que
seleccionó en el paso 1.
