PHOTOVU LINK
You can transfer images from your Palmcorder Cassette to a Computer.
Before you begin....
• Insert the recorded Cassette. (-►13)
• Make Palmcorder-Computer connections. (-
• Turn your Computer on.
• Set Palmcorder to VCR Mode.

1 Click [Start] » [Progran^s] » [panasonic] »
[Palmcorder]» [PHOTOVU LINK].
• [PHOTOVU LINK) is opened.
Note
COM Port and Baudrate are automatically selected.
Refer to Help for information about application operations and other
error messages.
I Using Tape Image Data
An image stored in the DV Cassette can be transferred directly to your
Computer via an RS-232C connection.
1 Open the [PHOTOVU LINK].
• (Preview window] screen appears.
2 Search and Select a video footage or a scene you want to
transfer to your Computer using VCR Operation Buttons 0
on the [Preview window] screen.
3 Click [Transfer] 0 during Playback Mode or still Playback
Mode.
4 Click [File] and then [Save As] to save transferred image.
Note
• If, while transferring the image to your Computer, the displayed picture
appears abnormal, close [PHOTOVU LINK] and turn Palmcorder off, and
then turn the Palmcorder on and restart [PHOTOVU LINK].
• Photo Search may fail to detect a recorded Photoshot image if the image is
3 seconds or less.
