FORMWORK DECK MOUNTED EXPOSED TUB FILLER (STYLE# FMXT30) AND DECK MOUNTED
EXPOSED TUB FILLER WITH HANDSHOWER (STYLE# FMXT50)
All dimensions are based on original specification and are subject to change and variation.
Please consult your Design Associate for current specifications.

¾ See Figure 1. for Steps 1-3.
1. Remove the NUT, METAL WASHER, RUBBER
WASHER from the bottom of the SPOUT SHANK.
2. Insert the SPOUT ASSEMBLY with the SUPPLY
HOSES & SPOUT SHANK through the hole on the
mounting surface making sure the RUBBER GASKET
is underneath the spout.
3. Re-install the RUBBER WASHER, METAL WASHER &
NUT (in that order). Tighten the NUT to secure the
spout.
HANDSHOWER INSTALLATION (FMXT50 ONLY):
¾ See Figure 2 for steps 4 - 7.
¾ Note: The FMXT50 handshower works
independently of the tub spout. Hot & Cold
connections must be made to both the tub spout
and handshower control separately.
4. Remove the NUT, METAL WASHER, RUBBER
WASHER, & PLASTIC SPACER from the bottom of
the VALVE BODY.
5. Place the VALVE BODY, THREADED ROD, both
SUPPLY HOSES, OUTLET HOSE, & CHECK VALVE
HOUSING through the hole in the mounting surface.
6. From under the mounting surface, place SUPPLY
HOSES and OUTLET HOSE, with CHECK VALVE
HOUSING through the PLASTIC SPACER.
7. Reinstall RUBBER WASHER, METAL WASHER and
NUT onto the THREADED ROD. Tighten the NUT to
secure the VALVE BODY.
¾ See Figure 3 for steps 8 & 9.
8. With the VALVE BODY secured, place the
ESCUTCHEON onto CARTRIDGE STEM and thread
the ESCUTCHEON into the VALVE BODY, making
sure the O-RING is underneath. Note: Checking for
handle alignment can be done at this step.
9. Make sure the PLASTIC WASHER is fit into the
groove on the top of the ESCUTCHEON, then place
HANDLE onto the base and press firmly until it is
fully seated onto the stem of the handle base.
Tighten SET SCREW to fix the HANDLE onto
HANDLE BASE.
