These guidelines have been prepared for the professional contractor to aid in the installation of:
FORMWORK SINGLE HOLE LAVATORY FAUCET (STYLE# FMLS50) AND SINGLE HOLE BAR
FAUCET (STYLE# FMKM30)
All dimensions are based on original specification and are subject to change and variation.

Drain Style: European Style Modern Push Touch

Inlet Connection Size: 3/8"
Inlet Connection Type: Compression Connection Hoses
Deck Thickness (FMLS50): 1/4" MIN - 2" MAX
Deck Thickness (FMKM30): 1/4" MIN - 1-1/4" MAX
Water Pressure: 20 psi MIN - 80 psi MAX
Recommended Water Pressure: 45 psi
Restricted Maximum Flow Rate: 2.2 gpm

¾ Be sure your installation conforms to federal, state,
and local codes. In the State of Massachusetts, all
installations must comply with the rules and
regulations set forth within 248 CMR.
¾ This product must be installed by a professional
licensed contractor.
¾ Inspect this product to ensure you have all the parts
required for proper installation.
¾ Use only a strap wrench or protected/smooth-jaw
wrench on any finished surface.
¾ The use of certain plumber's putty may stain stone
or tile surfaces.

1. Remove the NUT, METAL WASHER, RUBBER
WASHER from the bottom of the THREADED ROD.
