Configurable field. Enter comments for the MatchPort. Double-
click the field, type the comment, and press Enter to
complete. This description or comment is not visible on other
PCs or laptops using DeviceInstaller.
Device Family
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort b/g’s device
family type as MatchPort.
Type
Non-configurable field. Displays the device type as MatchPort
b/g.
ID
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s ID embedded
within the box.
Hardware Address
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s hardware
(MAC) address.
Firmware Version
Non-configurable field. Displays the firmware currently
installed on the MatchPort.
Extended Firmware
Version
Non-configurable field. Displays the
full version
nomenclature of the firmware.
Online Status
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s status as
online, offline, unreachable (the MatchPort is on a different
subnet), or busy (the MatchPort is currently performing a
task).
IP Address
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s current IP
address. To change the IP address, see

Non-configurable field. Indicates whether the current IP
address on the MatchPort b/g was set using static or DHCP.
Subnet Mask
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s current

Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s current

Number of COB
partitions supported
Non-configurable field. Displays the number of COB partitions
supported (19).
Number of Ports
Non-configurable field. Displays the number of ports on the
MatchPort.
TCP Keepalive
Non-configurable field. Displays 1-65s, the MatchPort’s TCP
keepalive range. The default setting is 45.
Telnet Enabled
Non-configurable field. Displays True, indicating that the user
can access the MatchPort by means of a Telnet session.
Telnet Port
Non-configurable field. Displays the MatchPort’s port for
Telnet sessions.
