12. Click Tools.
13. Click Defragment Now.
The Defragmentation window displays.
14. Click Defragment.
You are notified when defragmentation is complete.
15. Exit Terminal Services Advanced Client.
16. From the NAS Manager, click Disks and Volumes.
17. Click ActiveArchive.
You can schedule snapshot or take a snapshot now. If you take a snapshot now, it
should appear on the list of snapshots within 10 seconds.
