Ensure that there is at least 4 inches of clearance around each edge of the zero client and two
inches of clearance above the zero client. If the zero client is improperly enclosed in a
microenvironment (for example, in a drawer or in a desk cable tray), the ambient temperature
can easily rise above the supported operating level. See

Poor or no audio on a host running a 64-bit OS
If you are using a 64-bit operating system on a host, you must enable the option for 64-bit audio
support on the host card. This option is enabled by default. If you are experiencing poor or no
audio output on a host running a 64-bit OS, check this setting.
