Display Operations
The EM920 has a high-contrast graphical LCD display with
backlight for local data read outs, meter setup and servicing.
The display operates in two modes:
• Multi-page data display mode with Auto-Scroll feature
allows you to scroll through display screens and pages
to view various billing, instrumentation and status
data.
• Programming mode allows you to enter menu-driven
device setups for inspecting and changing factory set
meter parameters, or resetting maximum demands,
counters and device diagnostics messages.
The display is normally updated once per second.
Navigation Buttons
The EM920 is provided with two navigation buttons - SCROLL
and SELECT/ENTER. See the picture above for button
locations.
You can perform three types of actions with each button:
• Short press, or “press and release”
• Long press, or “press and hold for 1 to 2 seconds”
• Extended press, or ”press and hold for 5 seconds or
longer ”
