5.1.1. Multiple read reset time
This option can be used in conjunction with
multiple read mode.
• for Laser and CCD readers, it sets the time
that the reader should be pointed away from
the label before it can decode the same label
again
• for Image readers, it sets the number of
frames that the reader should be pointed
away from the label before it can decode the
same label again
Indefinitely means that the next bar code must
always be different, during the time the bar
code reader is triggered.
For the image reader the multiple reset time is
not measured in ms, but in frames. The
duration of each frame is variable, and is
dependent of the captured image. See figure
5.01.
