Turn vacuum pump ON

Turn LABOROTA 20 control automatic Master switch (Power) OFF

Depress Select and Start Stop keys next to display I together and hold for 5 seconds, turn
master switch ON, release keys
 Display Speed shows “CAL”, display Time “VAC”.

Display I to show 750 and display II 1 (1
st
step)

Increase/decrease separate vacuum gauge reading of in display I with Set key

Confirm with Start Stop key

Display I
to show “50” and display II “2” (2 nd
step).

LABOROTA 20 control automatic automatically is going to turn its vacuum pump ON, and
continues evacuating to max. limit (limit defined by vacuum
pump's power). To this end disconnect aerating valve
control wire. (Vacuum gauge display won't change any
more).

Increase/decrease vacuum gauge reading in Display I
with Set key

Confirm with Start Stop key located next to Display I. As
confirmation for the accepted calibration values, „0“
appears in Display I and Display II

Turn main switch OFF and ON

Connect aerating valve control wire again
