The qsum_actionable field determines if Quarantine Summary links are available.
Syntax and Example:

The qsum_enable field is a switch that sends the Quarantine Summary
notifications.

The qtine_redir_atq field holds Attachment Manager Quarantine Redirect
administrator address for inbound attachments.
