Classification

Batch organization management

Notes

For billing purposes, the usage is calculated by capturing, on the last day of
the billing cycle, all users:

Who have encryption set at the user-level at ‘on’ or ‘match’.

Who have encryption set to ‘org default’ and whose organization has
encryption set to ‘on’ or ‘match’.

A user’s external encryption setting takes precedence to the organization
associated with the user. This setting remains with the user if a user is
moved to a different organization.
