5. UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY
A. Carefully remove the balance from its packaging,
B. Remove the transport protections:
C. Gently place the balance in its intended place of use, on an even
and hard foundation and distant from heat sources,
D. Insert the ends of connecting strings of the openwork weighing
platform (fig. 2) into the openings of the pan’s cover plate (fig. 1):
