Locate the SSB1 and SSB2 codes. In the example above, the error codes appear on the right
of "SSB=".

The last four digits on the left of the comma (,) indicates the SSB1 code (B9E1)
•
The last four digits on the right of the comma (,) indicates the SSB2 code (B901)

Locate the description of the SSB1/SSB2 error code combination in the following table. For
error codes not described in this table, contact HP Technical Support.
To identify an error using the RAID Manager operation log file
1.
Open the RAID Manager log file, whose default location is:
/HORCM/log*/curlog/horcmlog_HOST/horcm.log
where:

is the instance number.
•
HOST
is the host name.

Find the error code. An example error code string is:
11:06:03-37897-10413- SSB = 0xB901,4A96

Locate the SSB1 and SSB2 codes. In the example above, these codes appear to the right of
the equal symbol (=).
•
The last four digits on the left of the comma (,) are the SSB1 code (B901).
•
The characters right of the comma (,) are the SSB2 code (4A96).
4.
Locate the description of the SSB1/SSB2 error code combination in the following table.
