If the default network settings have been changed and need to be restored, see information about
resetting the administrator password and DNS settings in the HP Virtual Connect for c-Class BladeSystem
Setup and Installation Guide.
Possible causes for logon problems:
•
The information is not being entered correctly. User names and passwords are case-sensitive.
•
The account being entered is not an account for HP Virtual Connect Manager.
•
The account being entered has been deleted, disabled, or locked out.
•
The password for the account needs to be changed.
•
There is no connection to the Virtual Connect Ethernet module running the active Virtual Connect
Manager.
•
The Virtual Connect Manager is undergoing a failover or recovery.
•
The attempted IP sign-in address is not valid for the specified account.
•
The attempted IP sign-in address is for a Virtual Connect Ethernet module not running the active
Virtual Connect Manager.
•
The browser settings are incorrect. See "Configuring browser support (on page 9)."
