5.5.5.2 TOKEN ANALYZER ANALYSIS
The Analysis Window displays a set of past EMS Event messages based on your settings in
. This new Window contains a list of all Tokens for the selected messages. Navigational controls give you the
option of which Events and tokens should be displayed, and in what format.
The Window shown below is organized into upper and lower sections. The upper section is where you set your
selections, and the lower section is where the results are displayed:
A. Upper section: Control & Management. This is an area where you can control what information should be
displayed and in what format. These controls are organized in several panels as described below:
Left Panel: Token & Display control. This is where you select display and matching conditions. A list of all tokens
available for the selected Events is displayed. Following columns are available. Displayed list may be sorted based
on values for any column, by clicking on its heading. Following is a description of each column:
Sort: A radio option enables you to select a token to sort for. Displayed results will be sorted based on the
value of this token for each message.
Show: This column displays a checkbox for each token. Here you select which tokens’ values should be
displayed. Simply check the box for desired tokens.
Filter: You may ask to see only Messages with certain values for one or more tokens. This is where you would
specify one or more filter conditions. First click on the check box for the token, and next click on the token
name itself. This shows a list of all unique values for the selected token for all Event messages on the current
Window. Select one or more values by setting their checkbox. As you do, a SQL query format will be
displayed on the Right panel, signifying the conditions you’ve set so far. Note that all conditions are set in an
OR logic. If you uncheck the filter checkbox, all conditions for that token will be removed from the query.
