Enter [E] mode.

Set the mode dial to [
E].

Black bars are displayed on the top and
bottom edges of the screen, and the
subject is slightly enlarged. These areas
will not be recorded.

Configure the settings to suit

To stop movie recording, press the movie

Locking or Changing Image Brightness before Shooting
Before shooting, you can lock the exposure or change it in 1/3-stop
increments within a range of –3 to +3.

Lock the exposure.

Press the < > button to lock the
exposure. The exposure shift bar is
displayed.

To unlock the exposure, press the < >
button again.

Adjust the exposure.
