Still Images Movies
Navigating through Images in an Index
By displaying multiple images in an index, you can quickly find the images
you are looking for.
1 Display images in an index.
z z Move the zoom lever toward < g> to
display images in an index. Moving the
lever again will increase the number of
images shown.
z z To display fewer images, move the zoom
lever toward < k>. Fewer images are
shown each time you move the lever.
2 Choose an image.
z z Turn the < 7> dial to scroll through the
images.
z z Press the < o>
buttons to
choose an image.
z z An orange frame is displayed around the
selected image.
z z Press the < m> button to view the
selected image in single-image display.
• To deactivate the 3D display effect (shown if you hold down the < o>
buttons or turn the < 7> dial rapidly), press the button, and on the
[ 1] tab, set [Index Effect] to [Off].
Viewing by Date
Digest movies can be viewed by date.
1 Choose a movie.
z z Press the < n> button, choose [List/
Play Digest Movies] on the [ 1] tab, and
then choose a date ( = 25 ).
2 Play the movie.
z z Press the < m> button to start playback.
Still Images
Checking People Detected in Face ID
If you switch the camera to simple information display mode ( = 103 ), the
names of up to five detected people registered in Face ID ( = 39 ) will be
displayed.
z z Press the < p> button several times until
simple information display is activated,
and then press the < q> buttons or
turn the < 7> dial to choose an image.
z z Names will be displayed on detected
people.
• If you do not want names to display on images shot using Face ID, press the
< n> button, choose [Face ID Info] on the [1] tab, and then set [Name
Display] to [Off].
