7 - 7 QUICK-DIAL NUMBERS AND DIALLING OPTIONS
One-Touch Dialling

Pick up the handset.
—OR—
Press Speaker Phone (for FAX-T96 only).

Press the One-Touch Dial key of the location you want to call.

To hang up, replace the handset.
—OR—
Press Speaker Phone (for FAX-T96 only).
Speed-Dialling
1
Pick up the handset.
—OR—
Press Speaker Phone (for FAX-T96 only).

Press Search/Mute , then press # and the two-digit Speed-Dial
number. (See Storing Speed-Dial numbers on page 7-3.)

To hang up, replace the handset.

If you try to use a One-Touch location with no number stored in
it, you will hear a warning sound, and LCD will show
NOT
REGISTERED . The LCD returns to normal after two seconds.
If you are sending a fax, press Fax Start after pressing the
One-Touch key. If you picked up the handset or pressed
Speaker Phone (for FAX-T96 only), press Fax Start when
the receiving fax machine answers with fax tones.
If you are sending a fax, press Fax Start after entering the
Speed-Dial number. If you picked up the handset or pressed
Speaker Phone (for FAX-T96 only), press Fax Start when
the receiving fax machine answers with fax tones.
