2D Calibration
A 2D Calibration is intended for very low tilt operation (<5
°) where calibrating the
TRAX with greater tilt is not practical.
This procedure calibrates for hard and soft-iron effects in only two dimensions, and in
general is effective for operation and calibration in the tilt range of -5
° to +5°. The
