Enter gauge information.
The Gauge number
is your number for this particular gauge – its identifi er. This number is required and it must be unique among all gauges stored in the
database. Choose the gauge number carefully since the number will be used in the future to identify this specifi c gauge from, potentially, a large number of
gauges stored in the database.
The Serial number
is that which is provided by the manufacturer. The serial number, along with model and manufacturer is a second method of uniquely
describing the gauge.
The Nickname
is not required but may provide another useful description for the gauge.
Calibration due
is the date this gauge is next scheduled for calibration. When a calibration has been completed and a certifi cate created, this date is up-
dated automatically using the calibration interval specifi ed for the model.
