Account Read Screen
The account read screen is the main reading screen on the handheld The information available on the screen is shown in
Figures 16, 17 and 18 on the next three pages

Account Information
Predefined
display fields
The first five fields display customer account information, as determined by the reading data
management software operator, and cannot be changed using the handheld
Extended comment "Ext Cmt" displays along the left border of the screen when the account includes a note created by
the reading data management software operator The note stays with the account until it is cleared
in ReadCenter Press OO on the keypad to read the note
Custom field The custom field displays below the customer account information The field is user defined on the
handheld in Settings > Displayable Field Settings > Custom Fields. It can be set to display one
of several options, including the route name and the percent of readings completed For additional
