Minimum Linear Measurement Intervals
TIP: In entering the Scheduled Start time, keep in mind that
when this test starts, it will automatically stop a currently
running test.
TIP: The end of a test cannot be programmed in advance. In
most cases, the Stop button is the only way to end a test.
Exceptions: A test stops automatically (1) when another test
starts, and (2) when the device memory is full.
Linear Average. Available for TROLL and MiniTROLL level and
temperature measurements, this type of test can smooth out
anomalous highs and lows (e.g., from waves). Each stored measure-
ment is the average of several rapid measurements.
Measurement Interval
The available interval depends on your choice of test type and parameters.
Start Option
Manual. The test can be started at any time by pressing the Start
button—for example, to synchronize with an external event like
starting a pump.
Scheduled. The test starts at the date and time you specify. The
time shown is 10 minutes ahead of the current device time. Use the
arrows beside the list boxes to choose a start time and date.
This completes the test setup.
