1. Insert the key into the cassette lock. To unlock the cassette, apply inward
pressure on the key while turning it clockwise to the stop position (ap-
proximately a quarter-turn). Open the cassette by simultaneously pressing
the release button and lifting the lid. Flip the lid back fully (refer to the
figures below).

underneath to support the cassette as you slide it completely out of the
unit. Place it on a level surface (refer to the figures below).
*IMPORTANT*
If you remove the reject vault with power applied, the terminal will
sense this and automatically reset the rejected note count to ZERO.
Therefore, to ensure an accurate rejected note count NEVER RE-
MOVE THE REJECT VAULT WITH POWER APPLIED WITHOUT
CHECKING FOR AND REMOVING ANY REJECTED NOTES!
