Communications Baud Rate
This menu allows you to set the Communications Baud Rate. If using
Anascan, ensure that that program has the same baud rate set through
the ’scaninst’ program.
Selectable values: 2400 or 9600
Allen-Bradley Protocol
This menu is located under the Setup Global Parameters main menu. It
allows you to toggle the Allen-Bradley PLC Communications Protocol.
Selectable values: Yes or No
AC Line Frequency
This menu lets you configure the scanner to match an AC line frequency
of 50 or 60 Hz. (This function is provided for international users who
require 50 Hz lines.) Since the scanner reduces the effect of power line
noise on the analog measurement by integrating the signal over the
period of the AC line frequency, the scanner's noise rejection will suffer
if the line frequency is not set correctly. Cycle power to enable this
change.
Selectable values: 50 or 60 Hz.
