Obtaining approximately three times Rayleigh length around the minimum beam waist is mandatory to make
ISO M

calculation. An M

results lower than one is normally a good sign that this range is not reached.
To resolve this problem, a wider range around the minimum beam waist must be obtained. To do that, a
