1. In the Archive Utility, click Manual Archive to open the Manual Archive window.
2. Using the tabs on the left side of the window, select the type of files you want to archive:
• Batches
• Logs
• Protocols
• Kits
• Lots
• LIS Records
Each tab opens a list of files available for archiving, except Logs, which requires only a
choice of how old, in days, a file has to be to be archived.
3. Select the files you want to archive from the list on the left and use the arrow keys to
move those files to the To Be Archived box on the right. For log files, select the age of
the files, in days.
4. Click Archive to move the selected files to the archive.
NOTE: You must archive each groups of files separately. If you select a
different tab without archiving first, xPONENT ® warns you that you
lose the information in the To Be Archived box.
5. Click Close to close the Manual Archive window.
