FINE TUNING:
The SmartMatrix Ultra front panel allows you to use the scroll knob button to navigate easily into the menu.
Pressing on this specific button will enable/disable the FINE TUNING feature.
This feature increases the sensibility of the button and can be helpful if you want to adjust a specific value in
a high band value. To set up it correctly, simply turn the knob quickly next to the desired value, then push the
button to activate the FINE TUNING, and then take your time to adjust accurately the exact value. This can be
helpful to adjust an exact pixel size/position or to set up the accurately Soft Edge.
SPECIAL MATRIX MODE:
The SmartMatrix Ultra front panel allows the user to operate in a real matrix mode. Go into the CONTROL
MENU > KEYBOARD to enable the feature. Then, instead of using the front panel as described into the pre-
vious chapter, please use it like this:
- Press your input number to select an input
- Then press your screen number to send the input into the selected screen. In this mode only 1 layer per
screen can be activated, if you want to have other layers on the screen, you need to disable the special ma-
trix mode.
- The PREVIEW PROGRAM Button can be selected at any time. Select preview to use a take (you can use the
autotake feature too, in that way you keep your transition effect), or use PROGRAM to quickly send your
new input to the screen using a CUT effect.
