PROCEDURES
This section describes procedures for fluorescent observation by visual method followed by camera observation
by confocal mode.
Preparation
•Install fluorescent mirror unit and objective lens applicable to observation method.
•Do centering of mercury lamp or xenon lamp.
•Bring camera in focus.
