This is also true for all other extensions in your facility (except IP H.323
extensions) which also have a special dial tone.
To cancel a general call forward for your facility, when your
attendant position is idle, and your general calls acceptance status
is active:

Dial the prefix “61” that corresponds to the immediate call
forward service, followed by “#”.

Next, press the Loudspeaker key on your extension to confirm
what you entered.
A confirmation that the service was accepted is provided both
visually and audibly; the “Accepted Service” message is displayed
on the screen, and the service acceptance tone is played.

Next, press the C (Clear or Erase) key on your extension to
end this programming.
Your extension returns to idle status.
The message, “SF” disappears from your screen as well as all other
extensions in your facility, which will also now feature the usual dial
tone.
Notes:
The prefix “61” is the one usually used to manage an imme-
diate call forward. It may, however, have been modified by
your system administrator.
The programming and cancellation of a general call forward
for your facility may only be executed when your attendant
position is idle, and your general calls acceptance status is
active.
