Printer unavailable. The WorkCentre cannot
print the documents stored
to memory, or is in use. Do one or more of the
following:
1.Make sure paper is
loaded in the paper tray.
2.Make sure a print head or
cartridge is installed.
3.Make sure the printer
cable connects the
WorkCentre to your PC.
4.Clear any printer jams.
5.Wait until the current print
job finishes.
Printer paper jam.
Press
FEED
to clear.
There is a paper jam in the
printer. Press and hold the
FEED
key
to clear the jam.
Receive ended.
Press
FEED
to clear.
The WorkCentre could not
receive the fax because of
a paper jam in the printer. Remove any paper from the
paper tray and the printer
output tray, and then do
one of the following:
1.If the paper’s trailing edge
is visible in the paper tray,
grasp the edge and press
and hold the
FEED
key as the
WorkCentre backs out the
page.
2.If the paper’s leading
edge is visible in the printer
output tray, grasp the edge
and press the
FEED key.
The WorkCentre feeds the
Receive ended.
Paper out. Add
paper. The WorkCentre ran out of
paper while receiving a fax. Load up to 150 sheets of
paper in the paper tray.
