The information displayed on the LCD about incoming and
outgoing faxes can include:
Item Description
Job number The number the WorkCentre assigns to the job.
Destination Outgoing fax
Individual name or fax number
Group name or number
Number of fax numbers, if you’re sending the fax
to more than one fax machine
Mailbox number
Fax number of the machine from which to retrieve
a stored document (poll or poll in)
Destination Incoming fax
Fax number of the machine sending the fax
Number of pages If available, total number of pages to be sent
Type of job Outgoing fax
Send
Mailbox
nn (fax stored to a mailbox)
Be polled (document stored for remote retrieval)
