Disconnecting from and connecting to the Internet
While you’re working with stored information in Web Pro, such as saved pages, stored versions of
pages, and so forth, you can disconnect from the Internet to reduce usage charges. You can
connect to the Internet again when you need access.
Disconnecting from the Internet

Go to the Home screen and select Web Pro .

Disconnect from the Internet:
a. Open the menus .
b. Select Page, and then select Disconnect.

Generally, if you are
using GPRS service, you
are charged only for the
data sent. If you are using
a GSM service, you are
charged for the time you
are connected.
Tip
If you are in another
application, you can tap a
URL and Web Pro
connects to the Internet
and displays the page.
Web Pro can also open
when you click a
supported file type (GIF,
JPG, or HTML) that you
receive as an e-mail
attachment.
