Using the MFP menus
Speaker Settings
Distinctive Ring Settings
Fax Server Setup
Menu item Purpose Values and descriptions
Speaker Mode Specifies how long the speaker
remains on. Always Off The speaker is set off.
On until Connected* The speaker is on until the fax
connection is made.
Always On The speaker is set on.
Speaker Volume Specifies the volume setting. High* The speaker volume is high.
Low The speaker volume is low.
Ringer Volume Sets the MFP fax speaker
ringer volume. Off The speaker volume is off.
On* The speaker volume is on.

Single Ring Answers calls with a one ring pattern. On* The one ring pattern is set on.
Off The one ring pattern is set off.
Double Ring Answers calls with a double ring
pattern. On* The double ring pattern is set on.
Off The double ring pattern is set off.
Triple Ring Answers calls with a triple ring pattern. On* The triple ring pattern is set on.
