Security Menu
shows the options that are available from the BIOS Security menu.
• Flow control: Enables flow control. Options include:
None, XON/XOFF, CTS/RTS.
None
• Console type: Enables the specified console type.
Options include: VT100, VT100 8 bit, ANSI 7 bit,
ANSI VT100 plus, VTF8.
ANSI
• Continue CR after POST: Normally, console
redirection is off before the operating system
loads. Set this item to on to troubleshoot the BIOS
boot problems. Note: the operating system loader
typically interrupts console redirection once it
starts. Options include: On and Off.
