● nbrfc NetBIOS (RFC1001/2)
● asxserver Server
● asxtools Microsoft Windows NT Server Tools
● asxtoolsD Microsoft Windows NT Server Tools (German language)
● msclients Microsoft Client Software
● asxman Manual pages for Advanced Server for UNIX
● asxdocs Online documentation and Acrobat Reader
● asxsnmp Advanced Server for UNIX SNMP extension for TransView
Extensible Agent
● asxdebug This package is only intended for the Siemens Support Service.
4.2 Hardware and software requirements
Before installation users must check that the following hardware and software requirements
are met.
4.2.1 Hardware requirements
One of the following UNIX systems that is connected to a LAN is required for the installation
of Advanced Server for UNIX:
● RM200
● RM300
● RM400
● RM600-xxx
4.2.1.1 Main memory
At least 64 Mbytes of main memory is required, 128 Mbytes is recommended.
