Note
❒ Before selecting the destination,
be sure to select [To]. When nec-
essary, select [Cc] or [Bcc] and
the respective destinations.
More than 100 destinations can-
not be specified for [To], [Cc],
and [Bcc].
When selecting a destination
from the list
A Press the title for the destina-
tion. The destinations for that
title are displayed.
If the destination is not dis-
played, press [
U U U U] or [T T T T] to dis-
play the destination.
B Select the destination to which
the scan data is to be sent.
The selected destination is high-
lighted and also is displayed in
the destination field at the top of
the screen.
C To select more destinations, re-
peat step
B B B B.

❒ To deselect a destination, press
the destination once more, or
press [
U U U UPrev.] or [T T T TNext] to dis-
play the destination in the des-
tination field, and then press
the
{{{{Clear/Stop}}}} key.
Using a short ID number to select
a destination
A Press [Registration No.].
B Use the number keys to enter
the five-digit short ID number
that has been assigned to a des-
tination.
If the entered number is less
than five digits long, press the
{{{{#}}}} key after the last number.
Example: To enter 00003
Press the
{{{{3}}}} key, and then the
{{{{#}}}} key.
C To select more destinations, re-
peat step

Note

the destination in the destina-
tion field, and then press the
{{{{Clear/Stop}}}} key.
Manual entry of an e-mail
address
A Press [Manual Input].
The soft keyboard is displayed
for entering the e-mail address.
B Enter the e-mail address.

❒ It is possible to use letters,
numbers, and periods. The
symbols ()\,;:” cannot be
used.
