Setting procedure

Press the
{{{{User Tools/Counter}}}} key.

Press [Scanner Features].

Press the [Scanner Settings] tab.

Press the item to be set.

Change the setting.
• To select an item, touch its key
on the screen. The item is high-
lighted.
• To enter numbers, use the
number keys.
Note
❒ To cancel changing a setting,
press [Cancel]. The setting re-
turns to the previous condition.

Press [OK].

to make other
settings.

Press [Exit].

Press [Exit].
The main menu reappears.
Subject Settings
Subject information can be added to
the scan data files. This information is
added to the data to be delivered.
When the file is sent by e-mail with the
optional ScanRouter V2 Professional,
the subject is automatically entered as
the subject of the e-mail. If you often
send files with similar content, storing
subject names will allow you to easily
select a subject for delivery.
The subject can be up to 20 characters
long. Up to 12 subjects can be stored.
Setting procedure
This section describes the steps for
making subject settings.

Press the
{{{{User Tools/Counter}}}} key.

Press [Scanner Features].

Press the [Subject Settings] tab.
DDDD
Check that [Program/Change] is se-
lected, and then select the key you
want to program.
The soft keyboard is displayed for
entering a subject.
EEEE
Enter the subject string.

Note
❒ If the selected key already has a
programmed subject, it can be
changed.
