The fan starts turning and spins at maximum speed for a short period of
time. After this the speed of the fan is controlled by the temperature inside
the unit.
Display
After powering on, the first thing
displayed is the version of the
firmware.
Now electrical energy is fed to the capacitors where it is stored.
Flash readiness indicator
If the flash readiness indicator
turns green the set energy is
stored inside the unit.
The compact flash unit is now
ready for use.
