Emissions or O2 readings can be recorded and played back at any time while viewing the
Composite, Bar Graph, or O2 sensor screens. Press RECORD to begin. To stop or suspend
recording, press PAUSE or RECORD. Press RECORD again to continue.
Each time a recording is started a new section is created, making it easy to isolate separate
events. The NEXT Key is used during Record or Playback to mark events.
To playback recorded data, SELECT
Emissions
or
O2 Sensor
from the FUEL SYSTEM - GAS
ANALYSIS menu. (The O2 test can also be selected from the Sensors menu). If recorded
data is present, this menu will appear:
LIVE - run Emissions
EXAMINE - playback recorded data
PRINT - print recorded data
ERASE - erase then run Emissions
Choose LIVE to display live emissions readings.
To playback recorded data, choose EXAMINE and SELECT a section of data to review. Press
NEXT to begin playback. Pressing FAST FWD once will speed the playback to twice normal
speed. Pressing FAST FWD again will play even faster. Press PAUSE to suspend playback.
REWIND will play the data in reverse.
A memory-used graph indicates how much memory has been used to record readings in record
mode, and where the currently displayed sample is located when in the playback mode.
To print data, choose PRINT, and SELECT a report from the menu:
SELECT Gas Analysis Report
Print Report (Marked Results)
Print Report (All Results)
Print Auto-Test Results

the next page for a sample report with detailed descriptions.
