This device is compatible with Panasonic devices that
support DIGITAL LINK output (ET-YFB100G, ET-
YFB200G). For the twisted pair cable transmitter of

Command control
Network function of the unit can control the unit in the
same way as serial control from a network.
Supported commands
Commands used in the serial control are supported.

Control Command via LAN
The communication differs whether [Options] - [LAN
control protocol] is set to [Protocol 1] or [Protocol 2].
The communication also differs depending on whether
the WEB control administrator privileges password is set
(Protect mode) or is not set (Non-protect mode).
Use the non-protect mode only when using a dedicated
system which is not used by someone other than the
network administrator.
Use the protect mode when operating within the intranet
that may be used by a third party.

Immediately after the command (received data) is
sent, the network connection is automatically cut from
the unit.
The above specification is adopted from the security
stand point (to prevent manipulation of this product by
a malicious third party). When sending commands in
a row, request network connection each time before
transmission.

Connection method

Obtain the display’s IP address and the port number
(Default is 1024), and request connection to the
display.
The IP address and the port number can be obtained
from the following menus.

[Setup] → [Network settings] → [LAN setup] or
[Network status]

Port number:
[Setup] → [Network settings] → [LAN setup]
