Set Gateway Time Mailbox (9971)
Mailbox identification code ±9971 is used to pass the date and time to the
module. The date and time provided will be used to set the 104 client drivers
clock.

This field contains the four-digit year to be used with the new
time value.

This field contains the month value for the new time. Valid entry

this field is in the range of 1 to 31.

This field contains the hour value for the new time. Valid entry
for this field is in the range of 0 to 23.

Minute
This field contains the minute value for the new time. Valid entry
