User Constructed Command Mailbox (9901)
This mailbox allows the remote Ethernet/IP device to dynamically build
commands to be sent to the remote 104 server for one time. Up to 10 commands
can be built for one block.

contained in the block. The valid range for the field
is 1 to 10.
