6 Editing Phone Book with
Computer (Using QLINK)
QLINK is the software utility to perform the setting of your facsimile with computer.
Phone Book can be edited with your computer using QLINK.
NOTE: For information on QLINK, refer to the Operation Guide.
Editing Phone Book
To edit the Phone Book:

Double-click , and then click the QLINK icon on the task bar to display QLINK
dialog box.
2 Click Fax Phonebook. Fax Phonebook dialog box appears.
3 Click Download. Information of the Phone Book will be downloaded to your
computer.
NOTE: Communication error may occur if your facsimile is in sleep mode or during
warming up. In this case, try again after your facsimile resumes from sleep mode,
and the ready screen is displayed.
