To use the Adobe PostScript 3 printer driver, your computer must
be running one of the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows 98/95
Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0
Microsoft Windows 2000
Microsoft Windows XP
Using the PostScript Printer Driver with
Windows
Windows Me, Windows 98, Windows 95 users
To print in the PostScript mode with Windows Me, Windows 98,
and Windows 95, you will have to install the PostScript printer
driver. See the appropriate sections below for installation
instructions according to the interface that you are using to print.
Note:
The USB interface is not available for printing under Windows 95.
Installing the PostScript printer driver for the parallel
interface
Follow these steps to install the PostScript printer driver for the
parallel interface:
1. Insert the printer software CD-ROM into your CD-ROM
drive.
2. Click Start, then Settings, and finally Printers.
3. Double-click the Add Printer icon.
